We support credit/debit card payments (Mastercard, Visa) for domestic as well as international purchases. All prices are in Australian Dollars. If you have questions about payment, please contact us.
We aim to process online orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). Custom, bulky or out-of-stock items may take a little longer; if there’s any delay or an item is unavailable, we’ll get in touch to arrange an alternative or an order update.

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Services typically available:

We send tracking on the vast majority of deliveries—use the link in your shipping confirmation to follow your parcel’s progress. Once handed to Australia Post, delivery times and updates are managed by them.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may incur a re-delivery fee.
We pack with care. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and your order number. We’ll advise the next steps and may request the goods be returned before sending a replacement.
